After finishing the Resident Evil 4 Remake, I decided to focus on Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls next and seven hours into it, I have to say, I’m enjoying the game way more than I thought I would, from making my friend delete the game the day I purchased it and winning my first Ranked match, I finally hopped on the Episode mode.
Completing the first storyline, Fighting Avengers, I was just very impressed. Anime cutscenes, comic book anime style art, that just looks amazing, combined with a simple, but funny story, just blew me away.
It got me thinking, they didn’t do much, but it definitely seems like they did with how it was structured, short and compact and the fact my guy Champion just went Super Saiyan 5 out of nowhere, because he couldn’t handle Captain America, 10/10 just from that one episode alone!
