Tides of Annihilation seems to be crushing it this week, releasing a new trailer and winning the Most Epic at gamescom Award.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the recognition,” said Eclipse Glow Games on their Tides of Annihilation X Page. “Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first hands-on, and to everyone following the game from afar.”
This feat comes even amid controversy surrounding face model changes and other mechanics, which, in my book, means they are definitely on the right track, crafting something amazing, something that people want, in either case, everything I’ve seen about the game on the outside, so far, looks great and I want to believe and give them the benefit of the doubt!
Based on everything else I’ve seen, so far, from gamescom, Eclipse definitely deserves the award. The only game that could even remotely go up against them was Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons.
