Leon!!! Ashley!!! I’ve heard that so much and it’s just funny at this point LOL. So, if you haven’t noticed, even with that, I’ve been playing the Resident Evil 4 Remake and I have to say this game is a 10/10 and I haven’t even finished it yet!
I played the original as a teen on GameCube, but didn’t remember too much, story wise, from it, since it’s been so long, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say playing this game made me feel like a kid again.
There is just so much happening, in every chapter, like I just finished Chapter 14, rest in peace Krauser, but there were new enemy types, even this far into the game. The cutscenes are insane and it just keeps it so fun, like I normally skip side missions in general, but this makes want to play them, and I haven’t even gotten to the Separate Ways DLC with Ada Wong or the Mercenaries mode yet, though Ada’s voice in her first appearance in the game caught me off guard and it may be my only gripe, because it was so jarring compared to the rest of the game so far.
Anyways, I can’t believe we even got a remake on such a level, even though I did play the remakes for Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, but Resident Evil 4 is honestly the best no question!
I still need to get around to playing Resident Evil Requiem too! Capcom has been literally printing money!
