Despite my feelings on the recent controversy, I have been playing Tekken 8 alot and the game has a Jukebox mode that lets you listen to all the old greats, but it also has music that stands on its own.
So, it’s time for, you guessed it, a Top 3!
There are a lot of jams that were made by many different composers and below are my Top 3 Tracks in the game.
#3: Colosseum – Normal
Written by: Go Shiina
Colosseum – Normal has to be the best jam in the game. Tied to the stage COLISEUM OF FATE and combined with the character intros, it goes crazy.
#2: TAMASHII – Normal
Written by: Ryoko Shiraishi & Yoshihito Yano
I consider TAMASHII – Normal to be Mother Jun’s, my main character, theme. Tied to the stage YAKUSHIMA where she fell into a deep sleep, it should be at number 1 I know, but another track has caught my heart.
#1: Kakuri-yo Kagura – Normal
Written by: Yuu Miyake
I was honestly struggling with this one and it probably has to do with my taste at the moment. Volcanic Bomb – Climax came so close, but Kakuri-yo Kagura – Normal wins the top spot.
Tied to the stage SANCTUM, it doesn’t seem like much at first, but as you get deeper into the track it turns into such a weird sounding jam, that I had no choice to give it the top spot.
