While playing through the main quests in Hogwarts Legacy, I finally got to a point where I needed to level up to continue…
Absolutely ridiculous, forcing me to play side quests to level up and play the main story is absurd.
I thought the Professor’s Assignments were bad, but at least you got to learn spells in return…
What’s even worse is that some of the side quests don’t even award XP so you are essentially playing Russian Roulette with your time.
Level gating…
What’s with these developers?
Only once? I probably can let it slide, but it has happened multiple times now and I’m nearing the end of the game…
Why would you do this? In what was originally a $70 game no less.
Whoever made that decision should immediately be fired, why bog down such a great game, with an ancient gacha mechanic? I don’t understand…
