The search for Xian’ge’s Windchimers in Wuthering Waves was a frustrating one, but alas she was holding Rover’s final Waveband hostage, but no longer!
I’ve done it, after all this time, I’ve FINALLY completed Rover’s Spectro Resonance Chain!
I’ve become the Astral Modulator!
Not only that, but I’ve also gotten to the level 70 tier and Rover is completely MAXED out, Fortes included, at the moment.
I’m running Emerald of Genesis, Celestial Light, with my Jué Echo leading the pack with ATK, Spectro DMG Bonus, and Energy Regen.
With these stats Rover has officially become a monster, I mean, the Goddess of Wuthering Waves, based on what my meeting my past self was hinting at in the Black Shores.
