I finally got to Warrior then Vanquisher with Zafina – Tekken 8

I have not one, but two characters who are Vanquisher rank now!

So, I’ve been playing Zafina and recently got to Warrior then Vanquisher with her, but I’ve noticed something treacherous, while climbing up the green and yellow ranks.

There are nothing, but professionals left in Tekken 8…

I thought getting to Vanquisher with Mother Jun was tough and at the time that was only a two rank difference between Warrior Zafina, but I’ve lost so much in the green ranks with her, despite me actually getting better and learning a similar amount of moves compared to Jun.

Zafina is tricky and that’s why I like her. It’s just that the people I’m playing against now compared to when I was playing with Mother Jun are night and day.

I know you don’t lose any rank points until you get to Warrior, but I feel like I’ve been playing people who should be in the red ranks in green and yellow.

Then I go look at the stats and I was 12/24 when I got to Warrior and 34/64 when I got to Vanquisher, so I didn’t really lose that much, in the grand scheme of things, especially compared to Mother Jun, but it felt like it, probably because I was fighting for my life.

Yes, I have knowledge from being in the orange ranks, but these battles were on another level.

Maybe I’m just a lazy player, but I don’t know. Y’all should hop on and try a new character to see if you can relate to my struggles.

Will Zafina be the first character I get to Garyu or can I officially retire from Tekken 8 in peace? We’ll see…
