So, yeah… While working on the many other articles I’m planning for Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, I noticed something quite concerning…
The Launch Trailer… As I have beaten Storm Connections from top to bottom, the trailer they put out is no doubt false advertising. The trailer, which also doubles as the opening for the game, yes it’s actually in the game, shows off many of the previous titles Boss Battles, but get this, none of those battles were in Connections.
You want to know what was in Connections? The most annoying battles in the entire series combined and made even worse than they were previously. You’d think I was telling a sad joke and made everything up, but I speak cold facts.
And it gets even worse… They showed a slight cutscene fight with Jigen, but yet he doesn’t appear in neither the History or Special Story mode, which requires articles of their own to even begin to explain the tragedy of this game.
