I interviewed a long time friend of mine, Z, who said after all the backlash he decided he wasn’t getting Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections this time around.
“The game is a complete scam and a joke. It’s not worth it… Just get the trilogy and relive the past.” – Z
As someone who played all of the games up to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, he claims Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 was the best made and that mistakes began to happen with the release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.
If you’ve read any of my previous articles, you all know that I personally believe Storm 3 to be the best, and mistakes started with Storm 4, but as Z is more competitive focused, he does make a solid case.
“The counter system was completely unnecessary. People kept spamming it…” – Z
Despite that fact he still played Storm 3 and Storm 4.
“I did play the original Storm 4, but by the time the Boruto update came around, I was already tapped out…” – Z
Storm 4 came out 7 years ago and my guy still hasn’t recovered enough to even give another Storm game a shot, but I don’t blame him, as once again if you’ve read any of my many previous articles, you know my thoughts about Storm Connections…
