2025 is about to be STACKED! – Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles
Nezuko Kamado (Advanced Demon Form) – Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles (December 9, 2024)

It’s real! Nezuko Kamado will grace our screens once again as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is coming in 2025!

Even though we only have seen cutscenes so far the thought that another entry in the series is so close at hand was thought impossible.

With Monster Hunter Wilds and BLEACH Rebirth of Souls also on the way, the first quarter of 2025 is about to be absolutely stacked to say the least.

Seeing where the anime currently is, the story in Hinokami Chronicles 2 might stop after the Hashira Training Arc, officially confirming a third game and setting up a trilogy, but call me crazy, when they make that final game they should put everything in there from beginning to end…

This was one of the major problems with the supposed cough final game in the storm series, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, which only covered the last part of the Fourth Great Ninja War and was by all means a downgrade from the masterpiece that was Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles tried to capture Ninja Storm 3’s magic with the way the story mode was built, but they just couldn’t pull it off.

Despite that the gameplay was absolutely great, I use to main Nezuko Kamado, of course, Hinokami Tanjiro, and Makomo.

I’m hoping The Hinokami Chronicles 2 will finally correct the mistakes of the past and truly bring in a new era of magic, but we’ll just have to see!
